Cars 2 Animations
The 3D animations in the new movie Cars 2 are sure to impress kids of all ages. The silly characters from the first Cars movie are back, but this time they're leaving Radiator Springs on a race around the world.
Some big-name start talent adds to this movie, as Owen Wilson voices "Lightning McQueen", and a character known as "Mater" is inspired by Larry the Cable Guy. This odd couple traverse several countries together in their attempt to win a multi-car race. Their primary competition is a high-end Italian car and a British sports car named Fin McMissle. The movie gets off to a fast start but finishes with a disappointingly predictable ending. The animations are without question fantastic and help to make up for the shortcomings in the storyline.
